Hello and welcome to Dish It Out! I'm Jess, half of the blogging team here, and I have an obsession with baking. If it's a pastry, odds are that I love it. Currently I'm finishing up degrees in French and in Comparative Literature, but my true love is food and I hope to attend culinary school after I get my BA. I'm from Chicago, go to school in Florida, and have an ongoing love affair with France.
